Privacy
This is a demonstration website for a fictional brokerage. It collects nothing, transmits nothing and sets no tracking cookies. What follows is a precise account of what it does store, and what a real brokerage site would have to tell you instead.

What this site collects
Nothing. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no tag manager, no session recorder and no third-party embed on any page. No form on this site submits anywhere — the contact form validates, thanks you and stops, and it says so above the fields.
What it stores in your browser
Two things, both in localStorage, both on your device only, and neither ever transmitted anywhere:
plinth:saved:v1— the list of property slugs you have marked with the heart, so your shortlist survives a reload. Clear it from thesaved homes page or by clearing site data.plinth:kit:v1— the colours, typeface pairing and business details you set in the branding panel, so a demo stays branded as you navigate. The Reset button in that panel removes it.
Both are strictly functional. Neither identifies you, neither is shared, and blocking storage entirely degrades those two features and nothing else — the site is built to work without either.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of any kind.
Fonts and third-party requests
The two typefaces are self-hosted from this domain, so no request reaches a font CDN and no third party sees your IP address. The one exception is the branding panel: choosing one of the two optional Google-hosted typeface pairings loads that font fromfonts.googleapis.com for as long as it is selected. The four default pairings load nothing.
What a real brokerage site would say here
A production real estate site handles genuinely sensitive information and its privacy notice would need to cover, at minimum:
- What personal information the enquiry and saved-search forms collect, and its lawful basis.
- How long enquiries are retained, and who inside the brokerage can see them.
- Whether data is shared with lenders, title companies, transaction coordinators or an MLS.
- How MLS/IDX data-display agreements constrain caching and republication of listing data.
- Analytics and advertising technologies in use, and how to opt out of each.
- Rights under the Colorado Privacy Act — access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of targeted advertising, sale and profiling — with a working request mechanism.
- Its position on the Global Privacy Control browser signal, which Colorado requires be honoured.
- A named contact for privacy requests, and a retention schedule.
Fair Housing
Any real system storing buyer preferences must not use protected characteristics — race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin — as inputs to what it shows a user. Steering by algorithm is still steering. Nothing on this demonstration site collects or infers any such characteristic.
Contact
This is a demonstration and there is no real data controller behind it. In a live deployment the contact would be Plinth Residential, 1451 Larimer Street, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80202, and studio@plinthresidential.com.
